GoogleIf we could give 10 stars to Patrick and his team we would honestly do it without any hesitation. They've been nothing but amazing. Before meeting Patrick and Maddie i did not have a very good opinion about estate agents in general but they've changed that for me. Very professional and lovely to work with. GoogleGreat Experiece with Chloe and the entire SBK team. Everyone is helpful in answering the queries no matter what they are. Especially as someone who has moved into UK for the first time, the letting process was comparatively smooth. Highly recommend SBK.

GoogleJust over a week into our new place using Sheldon Bosley Knight. So far fantastic experience, all the team have been great and the shop itself is very nice. Chloe is always quick to respond. Modern systems in place. We have had a maintenance issue that is being resolved promptly by Marc who's a very nice guy. No complaints.

A big thank to James who were particularly professional and supportive, making the renting process much less stressful. We really appreciated his high efficiency and clear communication throughout. Kelly was also very friendly, and the inventory report was thorough, giving us real confidence in the process.

GoogleIt was a stressful time for me when Sheldon Bosley Knight took over from Bradgate Lettings. Plenty of issues arose, these issues took longer than they should have, to be rectified, dealing with certain contacts to then find they had left. I have recently been dealing with Niraj and my faith has been restored in Sheldon Bosley Knight. Within an hour of reporting a boiler issue today, Niraj had arranged for a Gas Engineer to come to the property, whilst keeping me updated with what was happening throughout the day. Niraj is so friendly, helpful, calm in a ‘crisis’ and a pleasure to deal with! Niraj you are a credit to Sheldon Bosley Knight!!

GoogleJust moved into a new property in Leamington, Sheldon Bosley Knight were fantastic, they answered all my questions and were incredibly responsive. I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!
