Plenty of issues arose, these issues took longer than they should have, to be rectified, dealing with certain contacts to then find they had left. I have recently been dealing with Niraj and my faith has been restored in Sheldon Bosley Knight. Within an hour of reporting a boiler issue today, Niraj had arranged for a Gas Engineer to come to the property, whilst keeping me updated with what was happening throughout the day. Niraj is so friendly, helpful, calm in a ‘crisis’ and a pleasure to deal with! Niraj you are a credit to Sheldon Bosley Knight!!
