GoogleWe discovered Sheldon Bosley Knight when they took over from our previous agents. Over the last couple of years I’ve had plenty of dealings with James and even though I haven’t met him, I feel I know him. Always responsive, efficient and professional. I’ve also had dealings with the rest of the team ; Heidi and Mary. They are transferring to the Worcester office which we are happy with. We have occasionally had maintenance issues, but their team swiftly responded and sorted the problem out at a reasonable price. Overall, we would highly recommend them.

GoogleI’ve been a landlord for 27 years and have dealt with a number of letting agents during that time. For the past three years, James Taylor at SBK Solihull has managed my property, and I have always found him to be professional, responsive and easy to deal with. As an overseas landlord, good communication and sensible decision-making are extremely important to me, and James has always kept me informed and managed my property well. Although my property is now transferring to another SBK office, I’d like to thank James for his help over the years and wish him every success in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending SBK Solihull.

Even though we didn't need to get in touch very often during our tenancy, they were always quick to respond when we did. We've just moved house again through them, and the crossover process was completely seamless.
