GoogleI was relocating from London and looked at lots of properties for nearly a year before I found one I really liked. Early in 2012, I was under a lot of pressure as I had sold my house in London. Victoria Benyon at Knight & Rennie could not have been more helpful, arranging surveys etc. Victoria is super efficient and her efforts really made a difference. I'm not thinking of moving soon but Knight & Rennie would be high on my list to manage the sale.

GoogleWe bought our new bungalow through KR which was quick and expedient. We subsequently put our exisiting property on the market, again through KR, and within days it was sold! Oliver was an excellent listener to our requirements ensuring we received exactly what our requirements were with no pressure to change them. The photographs taken were excellent and were a good reflection of the property offered.. Victoria then took over the reins in introducing potential clients and again with the same pro customer attitude as her colleagues. Within days a sale had been agtreed. We were delighted! It would be difficult to find a company who are so focussed on the job in hand and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They will be a hard act to follow!

GoogleI have used Knight & Rennie Estate Agents on a number of occasions over the past few years. As well as being competitively priced, compared to others (even in the Leamington Spa area) it is a different order of magnitude in terms of Common Sense; Maturity; Helpfulness; and Experience. So many times when I am dealing with other estate agents, it feels like people going through the motions or people on their first job. The culture in this team is completely different and most refreshing. They have on a number of occasions gone out of their way to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody considering buying or selling in this area.

GoogleHaving had our house on the market over the years with other agents we were struck with how different Knight & Rennie are from the rest. It really felt as though the staff cared; their passion for wanting to sell the house was clear from the outset and their enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to doing so never faltered throughout the process. Our situation was quite an unusual one and Oliver, in particular, understood it completely. We had more viewings than we ever had with previous agents with very clear and helpful feedback after each one, whereas other agents just kept us guessing! The sales particulars were stunning with beautiful photographs taken of the property. Above all, we were impressed by the very obvious fact that Oliver, Victoria and everybody there goes out of their way to help their clients and do the best by them; a quality I feel is sadly lacking in other agents. I cannot speak highly enough of Knight & Rennie - I've already recommended them to anyone I know who is thinking of moving home and wouldn't hesitate to keep on recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Knight & Rennie for making our extremely difficult and stressful situation rather more bearable - without you, we would still be in our old house!!

GoogleI put my house on the market with Knight Rennie; they were excellent! Within the first week I had several perspective buyers view the house and then a steady stream of serious buyers most weeks after that. The really nice thing about Knight Rennie was their honesty & integrity; I don't think any of the buyers were 'just looking' and if offers were way below the asking price, the agents did not hesitate in stating this to the buyers (as we had already agreed that I was looking for a pretty much my asking proce). I can't fault Knight Rennie, I was hesitant about marketing my house but they provided an excellent service keeping me informed at every step of the way and I would hesitate to recommend them highly or to use them again in the future.

GoogleA great service from start to finish. We bought our first house through Knight and Rennie and from the moment we gave our initial offer to Oliver through to the exchange of contracts we felt that we were kept in the loop and that process was managed smoothly. Victoria is very proactive, helpful and professional; she worked hard to ensure that the process completed as quickly as possible and with the minimum level of stress. All in all we were very happy with the process and would use Knight and Rennie again (albeit not for a while - as we did just move!!)
