GoogleOne of the employee from the office lives next door to me as a tenant. House rent by Timothy Lea to her. She has alcohol problems and every weekend become wery loudly in the back garden with some friends of her. Me and my neighbor contact the agency weeks ago and it's just get wors. Don't trust them!

GoogleI am extremely impressed by SBK Leamington Spa, the entire lettings process has been wonderfully smooth and all interactions with SBK’s Marc & Faye have been an absolute pleasure! I cannot recommend them highly enough (and I qualify that statement by personal experience of other managing Agents) Having a property to let, I had arranged back to back meetings to review the services of 6 different local managing agents so that I could compare and contrast their service offerings. After conducting meetings with all of my chosen Agents, I was absolutely resolute on selecting SBK Leamington Spa to let and manage my property after meeting with Marc & Faye! Not only were Marc and Faye incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough and flexible - but they were also extremely warm and friendly people, approachable, helpful and most importantly, proactive. I engaged SBK at 10:00AM and by midday the property was photographed and marketed online - and I must add that the photos they took are gorgeous! If you’re looking for a genuinely caring and engaged Agent who keeps you suitably updated, sends informative answers to key questions before you have even asked, and people who are an absolute pleasure to work with, then SBK are the right choice! Thank you SBK!

GoogleTotal time wasted. Non responsieve unprofessional and irresponsible organisation. Offer made on a property I clearly stated that whether yes or no I need it fast. Evey time I contacted them kept saying waiting for vendors decision. The property was marked sold in the rightmove still told me that they are still waiting. Disgusted with the unprofessional way of dealings I withdrew my offer on the property. Iwouldnt recommend. Thanks

Googlethey are rude unhelpful and disrespectful l sent a number of emails and phone calls and were just ignored then when l get in contact with them they lie to me l spoke to the manager there who was dam right rude to me the landlord of the property was keen to take us on but due to the poor work the agent does l missed out on the property l do not trust or believe anything they say as there nothing but poor!
