I was expecting big delays whilst during COVID-19 when found our new home. The team at SBK has made sure everything has gone smoothly, contracts signed, move in date sorted, a very good service, they have really helped, and even with staff furloughed they have pulled the stops out to make sure we can move on expected date. Well done team.

Could not be happier, from the first meeting right through to handing over the keys Amelia and Amy provided honest advice and valuable support. Don't be fooled into thinking estate agents are all the same - they are not! Would choose Sheldon Bosley Knight every time.

Once you contact them forget that you born as a human being. You are an object. they dont care what issues their flat causes because they lied to you from the very start. 10 out of 10 customer of theirs hates them! 5 star reviews probably bought and far away from the true. Most unfriendly agency I ever met. Keep away from them! Seriously! They made my lifetime shorter by a year that is for sure. When I said I can show the issues of this flat they did not care. They only taking care of their wallet. Skip their advertisements!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Extremely unprofessional people, they provided me false/misleading information about the property I am in. In addition some of they were rude during their inefficient/slow paper work. I paid £6k upfront and they don't care about the disgusting condition (even scum/mold/rust in the shower and mold in the freezer, etc.) and worn state they rented the property but they hold my £1k deposit. The property is in Bedworth and they left me the key in their office in Nuneaton, with NO INVENTORY and they told me to deal from now on with the landlord (who is in Sri Lanka). I have rented 4 houses in the UK (Manchester, Coventry, Bishops Itchington and Banbury) over 3+ years and I have always received back the deposit in full. I have never seen an hause rented in such disgusting conditons and met such professional liars willing to make easy money.

In a nutshell, their sales tactics are to massively overvalue your property, to the tune of about 10-15% more than any other agent, in order to get you excited, just so that you sign up with them. Then 3-4 months later, after it hasn’t sold, they will tell you to drop your asking price. This is all premeditated from the outset, dishonest.
