GoogleSelling a house can be very stressful but we have to say Christian and the team at the Evesham office made it seem easy. From the very first meeting we were impressed by Christian’s enthusiasm and charismatic personality. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Christian and his team were highly proactive in respect of progress and very responsive to any questions we had. The team dealt with everything including viewings, handling offers and accompanying follow up visits. The result was a rapid sale and a good price. Finally I would like to mention the excellent photography that Sheldon Bosley Knight arranged. Jack and James (Powerhouse Visuals) did a fantastic job. All in all a very positive experience.

Google“Superb!!!! We we sold our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and the property we purchased was with Sheldon Bosley Knight. We sold our property in 8 weeks, and I would give the team at Sheldon 10 out of 10 for how they handled this! As a seller you focus on getting your property sold. Which they did exceptionally well. The part you forget about is when you are purchasing another property there can be lots of complications in the chain with other peoples solicitors and estate agents. This is where Chloe and Christian became absolute super stars!!! They most definitely went the extra mile and beyond!! They would always be contactable or return calls swiftly, they chased and were actively on the tail of others in the chain and got things moving. They were proactive throughout the whole process. Chloe, Christian and all of the team are superb and I would highly recommend them as an estate agents. A definite 5* service. Can’t thank them enough for what they did for us!!”

GoogleWe sold our property earlier this year with Robin Jones. They were amazing. We had a tricky chain that looked like falling apart at times. They were so easy to deal with, constantly kept you updated and juggled the chain and other estate agents so well. Can't praise them enough. Thank you so much - we are very happy in our new home.

GoogleTracey and the team at SBK Pershore showed the benefit of using experienced and knowledgeable Agents during the inevitability stressful time of negotiating for, and securing, a new home. Communication is the key to everything when buying a home and the SKB team kept us informed throughout. Our seller was very nervous and tentative and could easily have dropped out of the deal without the support of Tracey in particular. Estate Agents get a bad Press……..this one is good!

They are proactive, responsive, easy to talk to but above all understanding of your needs and requirements and completely transparent. Their marketing material is put together extremely well, and when selling our property had people through the door and an offer on the table within a couple of days of us giving the nod. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their property and we will continue to use the Sheldon Bosley Knight network of agents when selling any future property.
