Chloe, Leanne and Christian are amazing!! The best agents to use in town for the sale of a property. Helpful, informative, responsive, and such lovely people. I would always recommend. Previous poor reviews were for Timothy Lea and Griffiths, so ignore these and give SBK lots of stars!!!

I recently used the services of SBK Evesham to find a suitable tenant for my flat in Malvern, Worcs. SBK provided an outstanding service to me, overseeing everything from making recommendations about how to make the flat more rentable, locating services for renovations, placing advertisements to attract the right applicants, showing the flat and interviewing prospective renters, creating a 30-page inventory of the flat's condition prior to rental, and finally overseeing contracts between me and the new tenant. I really needed all this help because I live on the East Coast of the USA, 3,000 miles away, and it would have been impossible to do all this myself, especially with all the travel restrictions in place at the moment. SBK were excellent in every way, especially Natalie Brush, who has been totally on-the-ball at every step of the way, and very responsive to all my inquiries. I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie and SBK to anyone in my position- they are great!

Recently purchased a house with SBK. The chain was very stressful but Chloe went above and beyond (massively) to get things moving. She was honest and kept me updated regularly with clear information that helped me cope! She was very proactive when others in the chain weren't so. We got there in the end but I'm not sure we'd be in our lovely new house if it weren't for Chloe. When things were tough, gave her a ring and it felt like we'd get a step closer and here we are now in our amazing home! Thanks for everything you've done. 😊

Friendly enough but slow to respond and get things sorted out, if you are looking to rent I would not recommend them. I'd suggest walking an extra 20 meters down the road to Johnsons, who in comparison were much better. Took 35 days to tell me what deductions were being taken from my deposit and a further 12 days to actually pay it back after some back and forth over email.

SBK made the whole process of finding a place to rent stress free, and the little welcome pack you receive when you pick up your keys is a nice touch- thoughtful. Natalie was brilliant for me, she had all the answers, knowledgable and easy to communicate with.
