I honestly don't know where to start with SBKR. We deal with them on the rental side and on the sales side. The rental side of their business is amazingly efficient....even through lockdown. Tamara and Tara are just superb. On the Sales side Andrew and the team are amazing. We had our property on with another agent...it was an utter disaster, the sales agent would literally stand at the bottom of our stairs on his phone and let the buyers wander around without telling them anything about the property or the area..we pulled the plug with them and went to SBKR. We had the property sold in 6 weeks because SBKR put the effort in with the seller and the buyer. Won't be using anyone else in Leamington apart from these guys. Amazing....

It was a great experience for me since the start with Sheldon Bosley Knight. Special thanks to Claire from Sheldon Bosley Knight. Right from the day of the viewing, she was very prompt, polite and clearly explained everything about the flat and the communal access. Being new to the UK, I was kind of new to the letting process as well as some of the things like communal rubbish collections, heating systems etc. Claire and Louisa went over and above to help answer all my questions with a smile and very promptly too. Selling the home of my elderly mother in order to move her closer to family after she had lived there for 50 years (and during a pandemic) was a daunting prospect. The team at Sheldon Bosley Knight was brilliant from the initial consultation and valuation with Andrew right through to completion. In terms of showing the house and dealing with feedback and offers, they were well organised and communicated everything clearly. They helped us deal with the restrictions required by the pandemic and gave us plenty of warning of showings. Most of all, they came across as genuine and helpful and didn't try to push us into making decisions we might regret later. Where SBK really came into their own was in the time between accepting the offer and completion. I honestly think I would have gone crazy without Norma keeping the lines of communication open and explaining the reasons for delays and where we were in the process. She was the one who kept in touch with the buyers, solicitors, and our seller\'s estate agent, even when things didn't seem to be moving forward, and made sure I wasn't tearing my hair out in frustration. During the final week before the move, there was a lot of confusion and dates being changed with us stuck in the middle trying to accommodate everybody, and it was Norma who was the voice of reason and calm and even helped me find a removal company who could help. We found our dream home and needed to sell our house to make an offer. Andrew and the team at Sheldon Bosley knight Leamington were fantastic. They managed to value our home, got photos and floor plans sorted, advertised, completed viewings and we had an above asking price offer accepted in one and a half weeks from first contacting them!! Communication from both Andrew, Sophie and the team plus through their online portal was great throughout. Honestly couldn't have asked for more.

On entering Sheldon Bosley Knight, we were first greeted by the friendly Amelia who arranged the valuation for us. The second meeting was with Amy, who did the valuation. What a resplendent show of confidence and authority! Her negotiation skills were at first glance exemplary; selling snow to an Eskimo would have been effortless for her. Following Amy’s unforgettable visit, it was Amelia’s turn to become acquainted with our place. She asked all the important questions, and was really keen to learn about the house, offering presentation suggestions here and there. It was at this point that we realised we had chosen the right team. We then met Emil, who happens to be a photographic wizard and very professional with video too. The marketing really showed our property in its best light. We sold it after the first viewing, which Amelia informed us of by chasing us around the Abbey Park! This is a testament to the quality of the work of this duo, and Emil’s wonderful photography. They really went above and beyond what we expected. This was an unforgettable experience from the moment we first opened the door to Sheldon Bosley Knight to when we closed the door for the last time and moved to the new house.
