GoogleHaving our previous management team recently taken over by Sheldon Bosley Knight, I had my reservations due to them being based away from my rental property. Although they don’t have a contractor list for my area (yet) they have assisted in delivering my needs in ensuring any maintenance is completed in a good and timely manor. A particular mention to James Taylor - lettings property manager. His great communication alongside his professionalism in assisted us in multiple maintenance matters over the past weeks. Has changed my perspective and I will continue to work with this team.

Jo especially was compassionate when our landlord decided to sell and had to issue section 21 and can't thank them enough for helping make that situation less stressful. Check out was a rare pleasure as they valued the cleaning we'd done whilst being realistic with wear and tear. As tenants definitely one of the more positive agency experiences I've had.

GoogleGreat experience with the team so far. I have just moved in to a new flat with my partner and the process has been very smooth. The team have been very responsive and approachable, and Josh in particular is regularly in touch and has been very helpful throughout. So far our issues have been picked up and looked into very quickly, and we have been happy with the service. Would recommend!
