GoogleI have dealing with SBK and their lettings team over a property I am about to sell. It was tenanted and there were a few issues, to say the least. Eloise worked tirelessly and relentlessly to resolve the issues and did so very effectively! She was quick to respond to my emails and plethora of questions and concerns, and more importantly dealt with the tenant who didn’t seem to think that “problem” their responsibility. I am really grateful for her diligence; it can’t have been easy for her! Thank you Eloise you are amazing!

GoogleThe team were very professional and very friendly. James & Kelly particularly helped us along the way keeping us informed and explaining everything. This was a new process for us and we needed all the help we could get and they have been very patient and kind. I certainly would recommend and think that some other agencies could learn from them about customer service.

GoogleVery pleased with the speedy efficient service from Heidi Mecke. Heidi contacted us as soon as our tenant mentioned a boiler issue and within a matter of hours a contractor had been to the property and the issue resolved. Most importantly using their service has kept our tenant happy. We have received very thorough communication in a concise manner at a very good price.

GoogleI have recently private rented using this company and I have recieved very good service from all of the staff especially Mary who first showed me around then handed the keys over and James who is very quick to answer any questions i may have and has always been really friendly and always made me feel comfortable asking anything and sending a message. GoogleSuspected unethical behaviour. In my opinion this estate agent either unintentionally bends the truth as a result of unconscious incompetence or if the former is not the case then may even tell alternatives to what they know to be the truth in order to influence buyer/seller behavior. Knowing what I know now if I ever sell a property again, I personally would stay clear of this estate agent.
