GoogleReally easy to secure a flat through SBK, Hettie was very accommodating and adaptable to my availability on viewing the property.
SBK have also been helpful with arranging fixes for maintenance issues through an online portal. Emergency issues have been fixed pretty quickly. Some issues that were present before I moved in (e.g., front door needing to be aligned to latch properly) have taken several months and degradation to get a fix for.
Queries are generally answered in a timely manner, Niraj in particular has been helpful with issues I have had. The rest of the SBK team have all been pleasant, helpful, and professional.

GoogleBeen with this agency for long period of time and can definitely say they started to improve recently. Niraj who recently joined the SBK really looks after the tenants and the property and for that reason I’m happy to give 5 stars review however there are the downsides as well.. After a year they still not set the emergency phone number which is so important and frustrating when things goes wrong. This Need to be sorted asap. Apart from that great agency!!!
