I've been a tenant with SBK for almost 2 years - every member of the the letting's team that I've spoken to are friendly, efficient and professional. I recently repprted a property maintenance issue - faulty shower. Niraj contacted me within a couple hours and arranged for someone to visit my property. Within 5 days, I had a new shower. Niraj contacted me again to check I was satisfied with SBK's service, the contractors work and the new shower. My answer was an easy YES. I recieved excellent customer service from Niraj. Thank you!
