GoogleNiraj Shah recently conducted a routine property visit at our home, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. He carried out a thorough inspection, checking the boiler, alarms, and all the rooms carefully. Niraj was very approachable and easy to talk to. We mentioned a few small repairs that need attention, and he listened attentively and took note of everything. Every time he carries out an inspection, he approaches it with real care and attention, and the updates he provides are always clear and easy to understand. They are very helpful and efficient and communicate with me effectively which is especially important as I don't live in the area. GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Sheldon Bosley Knight Evesham lettings team! From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Sam was my first point of contact, and he was so polite and welcoming over the phone, it really set the tone for the whole experience. The entire team at the Evesham office are just as warm and approachable, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Katie and Josh were excellent in helping me find the perfect property, they really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Micha was also brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to advice on any work or maintenance matters related to the property. It was reassuring knowing everything was in such capable hands. I honestly couldn’t recommend Sheldon Bosley Knight Evesham highly enough. They’re a truly professional and caring team who go above and beyond, thank you all for making the experience so positive!

GoogleMy partner and I have just moved in to a lovely rental property in Worcester and have been very happy with the customer service throughout the process. I was contacted the day after viewing to put in an offer, and it was accepted quickly after. We felt supported by Heidi at each stage, and she answered all of our queries. This was very helpful as first time renters. Mary, who showed us around the property and completed our handover, was also very helpful. She was kind and friendly, and reassured us about the company’s responsiveness to any maintenance issues. At no point did she feel too much like a salesperson: she was just honest with us, and stressed continuously that this was our new home and that we could make it our own as much as possible.

GoogleHaving never been involved in a property auction before, from the moment we spoke to a representative of Sheldon Bosley Knight, all of our concerns about how we were going to sell our property quickly and easily began to melt away. From initial concerns about timings (they were flexible) to advice on pricing and expectations (they were realistic) to explaining exactly how the process worked, and what we needed (and didn't need) to do, they were there for us. They were able to maximise marketing opportunities, and arranged for multiple viewings of the property during the marketing period, kept us fully informed of what was happening, and passed on any feedback they got, and helped us to make decisions during the process. We were thrilled at the positive outcome at the auction, and would definitely recommend using SBK to friends and family.

GoogleExcellent,professional services. Always happy to help and sort any issues/concerns out. I have mainly dealt with Niraj Shah who conducts site visit, he is very friendly, engaging and professional. So mild issue I raise is never a problem and dealt with in an efficient manner. If I ever move then I would only use Sheldon due to the service I have received over many years and would recommend anyone if renting to consider going via Sheldon

GoogleWhere to start ,well of course at the beginning myself and my husband didn't have a clue about the auction process and had been trying to sell the property for some time we'd inherited the property from parents that had passed so we where emotional attached but from day one Matt helped us with paperwork always explaining everything and putting a package in place including getting intouch with solicitors always adding he was there if we needed to ask anything at one point i felt he was on holiday with us when I think we near enough rang him every day but he always answered or if he missed our call would ring back he definitely went above and beyond and not forgetting Will his advice when we where not getting any interest was impeccably it worked they both knew exactly what they where doing thank you to you both for making our experience easier and showing empthay for it not just been another property in your auction but our parents home
