GoogleCommunication is excellent and they are quick to answer your questions. It is the first time I had an agency be very efficient towards sorting out all the rental documentation, be honest about house queries, and be very considerate towards things you may be uncertain about. GoogleJo Egan and James Taylor Solihull Branch have been my go too Letting Agents for a number of years…I followed Jo from another Estate Agents. Nothing is too much trouble. Professional polite helpful. Experienced in getting the right tenants for the property. The journey from initial engagement to tenant moving in is smooth and timely. They take personal responsibility to ensure both tenant and Landlords needs are met. Friendly team with an awful lot of knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone. I have limited available time, both Jo and James are aware and offer solutions quickly to any questions arising.

GoogleSheldon Bosley Knight acquired the agency I was using in 2023, I was very apprehensive, their office is not local to my property, and really who doesn’t use a local agent! However I gave tbem a chance, and I’m so pleased that I did. I have benefitted from a service that is much better than I had before and better than any local agent has given me previously! Property Reports are up to date, certificates are reminded and organised quickly; rent reviews are done annually for me, and everything runs smoothly. You’d never know that their office wasn’t in the same area as the property! Big thank to you all of the team. Keep up the good work

GoogleI’ve had a really great experience renting through Sheldon Bosley Knight, and I especially want to give a big thanks to James. As a first-time renter I was quite nervous, but James was understanding throughout the whole process. He was clear, and always happy to help or explain things or answer questions , which made everything feel much less stressful. Communication was excellent and the move-in process was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have been renting the same house for 10 years and it has been through various agents hands in that time. The transition to Sheldon Bosley Knight was seamless. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance problems that have occurred (except for one weekend when we were left hanging with no response on when our heating would be fixed). But once Niraj was back from leave, it was dealt with efficiently. He even worked over hours and dealt with British Gas so we could have our heating back on quickly. Thanks too to our landlady who is always helpful and quick to respond through SBK.

The staff were extremely helpful especially the person who showed be the flat I ended up renting, even though she was actually from the Evesham branch, and continued to help on a number of issues prior to moving.
