Huge thank you to Chris, Clive & the Seymours Burpham team for supporting us in buying our first home. Very impressed with Seymours (Luke and Clive in particular). Rates were sensible, considered and effective approach to getting viewings and a good offer without delay. Once an offer was accepted they were equally proactive in chasing up actions in both directions along the chain to get the sale though. Would use them again without hesitation.

Seymour’s went out of their way to find a property for us. They were incredibly helpful with providing us knowledge on the area (as we weren’t local) as well as keeping us up to date with properties coming onto the market and securing us viewings. We sold our house in Burpham with Seymour’s they were fantastic. We dealt with Chris Ludlow who is friendly , efficient and informative and never pushy ! It was a pleasure dealing with him and the team. I would also like to mention Clive Gee who was also amazing! Kind and efficient and really got things moving . Would recommend. Thank you !

Clive maintained good communication with all parties involved, providing us with weekly updates and alerting us promptly to any issues arising during what proved to be quite a complicated sale. Thanks to all members of staff at Seymours Burpham office, you were so professional and helpful dealing with the sale of my late Mothers property in Jacobs Well. Initially Tracy met me to value the property, giving me such friendly, invaluable guidance and advice. Clive then dealt with most parts throughout the sale until completion, he kept me updated throughout the process. After exchange of contracts, a follow up call from Tracy was much appreciated. I thoroughly recommend using them and would definitely do so again myself.

Seymours Burpham were such lovely people to work with for the recent sale of my property. Their communication was excellent; I was kept informed regularly through a difficult sale process, and Adam was so reassuring when we had delays. Clive was incredibly proactive throughout the latter stages and kept me updated with even very minor progressions. I really felt that they were working in my best interests the whole time to get the sale that I needed. Highly recommended.

We appointed Seymours to sell our late mothers house and I can say that they have been brilliant expecially Andy during this difficult time as this was a family home. Buyers were found quite quickly and they kept us updated throughout even sorting out a couple of hiccups along the way very swiftly and professionally. I would definatly use them again in the future when we may want to sell out own property.
