GoogleMichael Torchio is one of the best estate agents I have dealt with. I haven't yet found a property to buy but he has kept me up to date with all the best options in the area and explained the process thoroughly to me. Couldn't recommend more.

GoogleAvoid like the plague if you have a fairly low value house to be sold, when buying a house as a first time buyer, with a 50% deposit, I found their sales skills to be nothing short of dreadful. Especially if you view at weekends, but at other times too, you tend to get part time sales people who know absolutely nothing; I had one who was firstly very late, then secondly said "you have 5 minutes for this house as I'm running behind", and thirdly when I asked general questions about the house and area she actually said "I don't know, if you want to ask questions you can call the office"! I actually felt sorry for the poor person who was giving them probably £3000+ to sell their house!

GoogleWe are buying a house through Seymours and our first contact was with Michael Torchio. He was really great from the first interaction, at the viewing he know all the details about the property, local area, transport links etc, also had very good stats on prices in the area and nearby towns and villages. Would highly recommend Michael, he is very efficient, knows his profession and very polite.
