GoogleSeymours have just successfully sold our two properties in Guildford town centre. In a difficult period, on the back of Covid, Seymours were absolutely the most proactive and enthusiastic agents and a breath of fresh air. Luke Minto, and his wonderful team have been faultless throughout. From finding new buyers when the sales fell through, to liaising with solicitors to help push it over the line, to listening to us vent. The whole team pulled together just when you felt like giving up. they were integral in helping the smooth running of the transactions. I would 100% recommend Luke and his team for anyone trying to sell in this tricky market. They truly go the extra mile. Thanks to everyone at Seymours, Guildford. :)

From beginning to end we have been kept informed at every stage and he has gone the extra mile for us. The initial quote was very competitive, and we were given plenty of time to discuss our requirements. Simon understood our particular situation and made sure everything ran smoothly. Clive also kept us up to date regularly and always replied promptly to any queries. I would be very happy to use Seymours again.
