GoogleI have been renting from Seymours for over 6 years and their service and comms have always been excellent! They've always resolved any issues with the house quickly and handled the relationship with the landlord very well. I recently moved out into my own property, and they went above and beyond to help me during that difficult and stressful time; I highly recommend them! :)

GoogleSeymours were great. Our main contact was Andy Crossley. He kept us informed of all developments in the buying process and helped liaison with the vendor. We were buying from a developer who had not finished certain aspects of the house and Andy helped us ensure that we were able to get fitting and fixtures that we wanted. We are very grateful for all of his input

GoogleWe were nervous about selling our house given our previous experience. But Seymours definitely turned this around for us. All the team were proactive and communicative without being forceful. They were also patient with us whilst we searched for a house that ticked all the boxes. A special thank you to Ian and Krisy who helped us from the start of the journey to the end.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of the team at Seymours Guildford, Chris took me on several viewings and I was hugely impressed by his detailed knowledge of every property he showed me…and I asked a lot of questions! Following my offer being accepted I had some complicated tax issues and Luke went above and beyond to find me the right advice and information which was the difference between the deal collapsing and a successful outcome. I dealt with several Guildford agents during my search and Seymours were in a different league.

I appreciate that maintenance issues arise and the disruption to you whilst issues are dealt with, I will follow up on your concerns that you have raised. I understand that the property you previously moved into was delayed by the landlord and Seymours try to do everything in our control to minimise these situations.
