From showing us around multiple properties with lots of really useful information when we first started looking, to helping secure the property and work with the chain on the completion dates. GoogleWe have used "Seymours" in Surrey to buy and sell property historically and Simon at Seymours managed to secure a buyer for a property we owned near the cathedral. We were kept well informed throughout the process although we did have to accept a slight reduction in price.

GoogleSeymours were responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. Initially Simon was our contact and then Luke was involved with the viewings. A common sense approach led to an agreed sale whereupon Clive was proficient and helpful in keeping lines of communication going between our solicitors and buyers' solicitors leading to successful exchange and completion.
