GoogleThe whole buying and selling process was made as simple and as least stressful (as much as can be with buying and selling!) by the team at Seymours Estate Agents. A special call out to Kirsty, Sales Progresser, who was excellent at keeping all parties to the chain updated, chasing as needed and ever so helpful in helping to finalise and conclude last minute queries/questions. Excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

GoogleThere are very few estate agents that would actually go the extra mile to ensure proactive communication, correctness of information and transparency in dealing with buyers. In my six months of house hunting, I was truly amazed by the way the Seymours team especially Chris Thorpe helped us with the house search having understood specifics of affordabilities given the tumultuous market conditions. He comes across as an honest agent offering pragmatic advise regarding properties and does proactive selling after understanding specific needs. GoogleThe folks at Seymours have quite frankly been amazing. We entered what we all thought would be an easy sale, and it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. Our first sale fell through at the last minute, through no fault of Seymours, but they stuck by us and worked hard to get us a second sale in difficult times for home buyers. Then, when it looked like our second sale was also a bust, Krisy donned her superhero cape and fought relentlessly to pursue a completion, which we got thanks to her tireless efforts and infinite patience. The folks at Knaphill work hard for their commission, and they are worth every penny. And best of all, they are genuine human beings who care about their clients. I think we interacted all of them over the course of our selling saga, and they were all fantastic at their jobs, professional but friendly. It was so worth going with Seymours over an online estate agent, especially with all the trouble we had. You never know when things will go wrong, but Seymours will have your back the whole way. THANK YOU!

GoogleSadly I felt pressure to sign contracts to sell house ( at a very reduced price) even though with 3 weeks to go til completion, I have no rental accommodation to go to. I asked repeatedly for assistance in finding a rental property but seemed only interested in selling my house. I am now effectively homeless unless I can find something in 3 weeks.
