She has always been sympathetic and understanding with our busy work schedules, and without promoting always ensured viewing was clubbed together to make it as easy as possible for us. During past house sales with other Estate agents this initial part of the house sale was disruptive and badly managed. With Eloise it has been flawless and beautifully managed.

GoogleI recently sold my late Mum’s house with Seymour’s. They quickly found a buyer & appointed Clive Gee to liaise with both sets of solicitors to keep the sale moving which was a great help.
My only criticism would be that when I was initially told their fee they failed to mention that this was exclusive of VAT, so it was a bit of a shock when I saw the final bill. Misleading but I guess I should have paid more attention to the paperwork.
