GoogleNever having dealt with an estate until last year after our Dad sadly passed away and we had to sell the family home we used Seymours to sell it.We needed 3 valuations for Probate but Seymours were the winners by a long stretch for the estate agent that we wanted to use for the sale. From the 1st time meeting them for the initial valuation to the completion date and handing the keys all the staff were so helpful and professional in their work.The house went on the market only 3 months after our Dad passed away so with dealing with bereavement was hard enough let alone selling the house aswell but we could trust Seymours to make the right decisions to make the sale as easy as possible.They all took pride in their work and all had good customer service skills.All phone calls and emails would be dealt with quickly and they would always be happy to talk to us on the phone and give us a warm welcome when visiting them in person.We definately made the right choice using Seymours,they came out 100% selling our house.

From the first visit from Ian, through admin support from Emily, viewings, negations and completion, they were professional, reliable and responsive. Their collective knowledge base and experience was invaluable when dealing with the inevitable challenges that arose along the way. Thank you particularly to Tom, who is an excellent communicator, understood our needs and acted as our advocate, liaising with all parties throughout. It felt like having our own personal estate agent. Given it was the first time we have moved for over 35 years, the whole team made the process as smooth as possible for us. Thank you.

GoogleI have recently used James at Seymours to sell my beloved family home in Chobham. From the outset he was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and easy to work with. He gave sound advice about how to present the house well. My house sold quickly and the process was smoothed by James and I would certainly use them again. They also know good local providers.

GoogleWe were shown round a property by Serena at Seymours Horsell and as it was a second viewing we had lots of questions and took longer at the property. Serena was able to answer our questions and got back to us the next morning with any that she had to ask the owner. She had an open, friendly manner and was very understanding of our need to look in every room at least twice! We have always found Seymours Horsell to be friendly and professional. Our first viewing was with Charlie who was also very good indeed.

GoogleThe staff at Seymours Horsell are amazing. They know the local market very well and are able to price houses appropriately as they are based in the heart of Horsell. They are all friendly, accommodating and pragmatic in their approach to viewings etc They are very proactive and made my move a more pleasant experience than it could have been.

GoogleWe used Seymours in Burpham as they are our nearest estate agents. Setting up to sell was very straightforward with one contractor booked to take the all important photos, measurements for the floorpan and the EPC during one visit. A convenient date was arranged for weekend viewings, but we had several viewings even before that date such was the interest in our property. Once we had accepted an offer we were passed to an experienced negotiator (Clive Gee) who calmly and pragmatically kept us informed about progress with our sale.

GoogleRushed house viewing with very little information given. Very little interest shown by the agent.
Dear Yollanda, thank you for your comments. After investigating, we note that we managed to arrange a property viewing for you at very short notice on a Saturday, our busiest viewing day of the week. It was recorded that you turned up very late to your appointment, which unfortunately consumed much of your allotted viewing time. As I am sure you will appreciate, we have to stick to our schedule, we cannot be running late, otherwise it would have a knock-on effect to the rest of the days viewing appointments with other customers. If you are still looking for a property to purchase, we would be happy to assist with your search; but would urge you to arrange your appointments for a time which you are sure you can attend on time.
