Seymours is the excellent estate agent in Woking. I currently do not live locally but having my first home in Woking as the first time buyer. The staffs in Seymours had been very kind and helpful for me to arrange the viewings all in one go during the weekends for my benefits. The viewing experiences have been great, the sales we met were very professional and informative. Especially Max Carter, who we met for a few times during the viewings. He has been very positive, friendly and full of patience, his honesty and professionalism is the highlight for us finally found our home. We are cared by a few more staffs since the offer was accepted, they are all on task and professional. Looking forward for the purchase process to be completed smoothly and successfully. Our experience with Seymours Estate Agent has been very good. We approached them to conduct an assessment of my mother's house, with a view to putting the property on the market once she had moved to another residence. Charity was business like, courteous and helpful in guiding me (and the family) through the valuation and marketing process. Due to my mother's unexpected passing not soon into the process, we needed all the support we could get and Charity and her colleagues provided that for us; I found the agents handling of this tricky situation was a well judged balance of keeping the process moving whilst ensuring we were informed but not overwhelmed, as well as leading us through the choices that we needed to make. The security of our personal information was excellent, with secure communication channels set up to protect our dialogue with them. We have very recently exchanged contracts with some buyers, who I know will be able to adapt the house really well to suit the needs of their young family. I confidently recommend Seymours to other potential clients.
