GoogleWe've been dealing with Simon Kelso over the last few weeks. He managed to find the perfect balance between being helpful and informative whilst allowing us the time we needed to explore the property in detail during our viewings. With some other agents, we have experienced incessant sales pitches during viewings which can be an unwelcome distraction from the task at hand. We hope to deal with Seymours again.

GoogleSimon has been nothing but transparent during the whole buying process which is a refreshing change to my previous experiences. When we made an offer we were heard and not pushed aside. When we wished to make contact with the seller to see the property, he was quick and efficient in his responses. GoogleSeymours handled the purchase of our property really efficiently and in a dedicated manner. Brett negotiated a great price with the seller and our relationship manager, Amy, got us through what turned out to be quite a long and stressful sale process. Amy was available on a daily basis, managing our numerous queries, while working to deadlines we had with our mortgage offer and moving date from our rental property. She did a fantastic job getting the sale completed while spinning more than a few plates with the seller’s solicitors, our solicitors, the land registry, banks etc. She knew details of what was happening at every stage of the process and was sure to keep us updated as and when anything progressed, which we were really grateful for.

GoogleSeymours have been great in both helping to sell our house and also finding our next one, the sales team are professional and helpful without being pushy at all particularly Keiron. What makes them really stand out though is the sales progression support, Amy was brilliant from day 1,really responsive to emails and available for any needs we had even towards the end when we were probably asking for more updates that were necessary. Fantastic job cant recommend Seymours and the team enough.

GoogleI would like to thanks to all the Seymours team. It was an overall very pleasant experience even with couple of bumps on the road. They managed to sell my property in a difficult market conditions for a fair asking price. Special thanks go to Spencer who was on the case from day one, finding buyers for my property. He showed incredible patience and determination in finding me the right property to purchase, he listened and understood on what we need. And he always provided the best advice during the process. Kieran was very friendly, helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable when showing us properties. Also thanks go to Amy. She was very professional, reliable, friendly and went extra mile when we encountered some bumps on the road. She was always there for help, support and guidance. And Brett, very professional, helpful, friendly. Always there to help and support through not the easiest process. Even that my purchase was through another Seymours branch I felt like Seymours Woking was dealing with the whole chain and I was taken care by them until completion day. Thank you once again for all your hard work. It was a challenging process therefore even bigger thank you. I will definitely come back to you when I need an agent next time and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others!
