GoogleMy wife and I had a tough ask of Seymours, Guildford. We needed them to sell our house and find a forever home to move to, which would enable us and our 4 children to grow into over the next 15+ years. To add to that, we also wanted to stay in the heavily sought after village of Shalford, where we'd lived for many years before. Luke Minto took on the challange and after getting close on a number of occasion, managed to deliver everything we could have wished for in our new home. Supported by the entire team (Charity, Fiona, Alex, Simon...) the experiance was excellent from beginning to end - sound advice, realistic valuations, professionalism and great communication throughout. Once an offer was accepted the case was passed to Clive Gee, the Client Services Manager who looked after us as the sale progressed and kept on top of all parties to make sure everything happened on time. We can’t thank them enough for all they have done. Thanks to the entire team!

GoogleI am particularly pleased with the service received from this agency, especially from Clive Gee. As a first time buyer with less knowledge/ experience in the property market, I was impressed with the proactiveness and speed at which the agency got back to me when my offer was accepted. I have had instances where other agencies would drag things out for weeks only to tell you that your offer is not accepted. Clive followed up consistently with both sides until the contract was exchanged. I highly recommend Seymours and would definitely use them again if I ever want to buy another house.

I decided that I needed the support of people I could trust and work with at the outset now it was time to sell and pay for her care. Simon completely understands the Guildford market and updated me continually .A buyer was found and the support team at Seymour’s did everything to make things happen. keeping me informed as the sale progressed. GoogleExcellent service all round from beginning to end. Sound advice and a realistic valuation resulted in offers being received soon after the property was put on the market. On the marketing side, Luke, Alex and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, keeping me well informed of the viewings and feedback. Once an offer was accepted the case was passed to Clive Gee, the Client Services Manager who looked after us as the sale progressed. He was a brilliant liaison between ourselves, our buyers and the solicitors. I really can’t thank them enough for all they have done.
