We were renting a properly through Seymours Estate Agents Godalming for 4.5 years. They have been absolutely lovely to work with. My wife and I got into a great property without any hassle. The whole lettings team at the office were all great, they supported us through every step of the process and were always there when we needed their assistance. Arranged a viewing for a property and Jamie called me on the day to ask if I could do earlier, I said I could only do later and he said he would call me back and confirm the time. He never called me back. I called the office as I wanted to confirm what time the viewing now was and was told someone would call or text me to confirm, this did not happen. At 2pm, Jamie called me and asked me why I was not at the viewing. I advised him that he told me earlier in the day he would confirm the time and I never received a call back. Jamie simply said he was around tomorrow if I wanted to view then. No apology, not even a "oh sorry about that" or even explaining why he didn't call back. You may be a "partner" Jamie, but take some accountability for having wasted someone's time.

Amy Sandys was our point of contact at Seymours, and she really went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process went as smooth as possible. She was communicative and friendly, which was a huge help. We did, however, find that having a different Seymours representative to show us round a property each time was impersonal compared to other estate agents we've dealt with and we felt a bit rushed at times, so we can't quite justify a 5 star review. All in all though, a very straightforward experience and we wanted to give Amy the shout out she deserves!

Upon purchasing our first home we found Seymours Woking to be polite, friendly and helpful from our first viewing through to collecting the keys. In particular our Client Relationship Manager, Amy Sandys, was excellent. Through, at times, a difficult transaction Amy was always on hand with prompt responses to any queries we had and kept us informed with clear communication throughout. Being very friendly and approachable it was refreshing to deal with Amy as any issues arose with the purchase and she definitely helped put our minds at ease.
