The whole team at Woking Seymours worked together to get a sale of my house. It was a tricky sale given it was a leasehold, so a particular buyer had to be found and the team wasted no time in getting people through the door. Given it was a leasehold the freeholder was also involved with their solicitors, which increased legal proceedings and communication. Particular credit is given to Amy as the sales progressor who, not only was super responsive, but really pushed everyone to do their part in time and acted as the communication focal point between everyone. I couldn't have been happier, thank you!

They were really responsive. Good communication, helpful. A little bit more preparation to know every details about the property they would like to sell will get the 5th star. (They knew the most about the property, just a few small details was missed, which can make difference in your decision). All in all, I would recommend them. (I dealt with Guildford branch)

Having to search for a new home is never easy but I have to say this time I actually did enjoy the process and it's all due to having Seymours's support and the brilliant assistance of Georgia Ross. She fully understood our needs and was always so gentle and kind, I can't even put into words what a difference it's made! She was always so patient, polite and professional without being pushy. I want to thank Georgia and her team for their assistance on our search and successful find. You are a credit to the company and to the market. Not only they had the best properties, they also had a great service and were equally fair for both parties, which was a real breath of fresh air! I totally recommend!

I rented out my property for almost three years through the Seymour’s Godalming team. They were excellent throughout: negotiating a good rental income, efficient with all the paperwork, quick to flag any issues the tenants faced and to help me resolve them to our mutual satisfaction and quick to respond to any questions I had. Great service all round and if renting my property again I would definitley turn to them first.

We highly recommend both Sales and Lettings departments at Seymours in Godalming. They sold our house and helped enormously with finding a short term let when our house purchase was delayed. They are a friendly and highly professional team. Their communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It has made a fairly stressful time so much easier. Many thanks to you all.

I've been a private tenant for many years and have rented both directly and through a variety of agents. I can't praise Seymour's enough for their customer service and efficiency. I'm lucky in that the property we've rented through them for the past five years was in top condition when we moved in. Both they and the landlord have been immediately responsive when any issues have arisen, (which, to be fair, hasn't been that often.) All safety and standards checks are regularly carried out by appointment. Staff are responsive, friendly and polite. Very highly recommended.

Seymours were very professional and helpful. I chose them because James Rowsell showed great sensitivity when carrying out the valuation in what were difficult family circumstances at the time. Later on, when the sale hit unexpected, repeated delays and difficulties, Anna Rowsell was tremendously helpful and persevered steadily in advising me and ultimately achieving the sale.
