They showed us the difference between us and other companies with the service they provided with their helpful and rich portfolios suitable for the houses we needed. They showed us their difference by showing us more than 10 houses in 3 days after our first day of communication. Amazing experience from the initial call to arrange the viewing all the way through exchange. Always approachable, reachable, professional and reliable when they say they would call you back. We truly believe we wouldn't have got the house without Amy's perseverance and huge efforts to keep the chain going. We were chain free initially but our circumstances changed and we became in a chain as we decided to sell and not do let to buy. Amy managed the whole situation so well and kept the chain going until we were all in a position to exchange. She was always available and kept chasing the solicitors, seller to answer our enquiries even the ones that we raised directly and not through the solicitor! I am in the process of buying a house via Seymours, it wasn't straight sailing however the team at Seymours especially Zo and Amy stuck with me and trusted me and showed great faith. I truly appreciate their assistance. They were chasing me regularly for their Seller which no doubt kept me on my toes. We just Exchanged contracts last week and will complete in the coming weeks. I want to give a big thank you to Seymours as this sale would of fallen through if it weren't for their persistence. I had a very positive and easy experience with Seymours! I spoke to Sam G regarding what I was looking for and he lined up multiple viewings for the next day, each property having everything I said I was looking for, it became hard to make a decision on just one! Aisha then took us for the viewings and was very friendly and knowledgeable on each property we saw! There was another team member I spoke to whose name I didn’t catch but they helped me put an offer on the property I liked the most and made the process really easy and was super friendly explaining each step.
