The transaction was certainly a very challenging one, with an inexperienced first-time buyer involved in the chain, who needed a lot of guidance, which was, unfortunately, not forthcoming from their solicitor. Our role is to act as a conduit between all parties, and we are often at the mercy of solicitors during, what can be, a very fragile conveyancing process. We must apologise for the mistakes you mention, and can assure you that we aim to provide a high standard of service at all times.

Andy was always available to answer questions and proactively kept me updated every step of the process. I never felt out of the loop or uninformed.
Beyond just being excellent at his job duties, Andy is also just a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Honest, friendly and committed to my goals as if they were his own. He really went above and beyond to make a typically stressful transaction as seamless as possible.
