GoogleGood afternoon The team is very professional, currently one of the most professional real estate agents I have ever seen Professional, patient, work efficiency are very high, friendly communication. But unfortunately, the housing supply in Guildford is relatively tight, and I didn't find the house I needed. I'm on such a tight schedule. If I need to find a new house next time, I will not hesitate to choose this real estate agency

GoogleWe recently brought our first home through Seymours and it was wonderful experience working with them. The entire process was seamless and they understood our taste and suggested the right properties. I definitely need to make a special mention about Clarissa, the relationship manager who stringently followed up across chain and made sure we are on track. I am sure we will come back to Seymours given this pleasant experience.

GoogleAfter trying 3 different agents, Seymours got the job done for us. They were approachable, honest about the price and the market, and touched base regularly. The whole team from sales, to viewings and then chasing the solicitors did a great job, and would absolutely use again

GoogleNolan and Andie were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sale of the house, as a well as being patient and understanding of the complexities being managed. It’s often thought estate agents don’t add value, but without Nolan’s flexibility and Andie’s calm but tenacious approach, the sale would not have completed ahead of the SDLT deadline. That kept us (and the buyers, I’m sure) very happy. Thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleSeymours west byfleet are excellent. We have sold twice and bought 3 times through them now and the service has always been brilliant. We have just completed on our recent purchase and even though it was a very difficult chain, Kirsty was amazing and kept us updated throughout. Lucy and Matt were also great. Highly recommend!
