GoogleAfter a stressful few days in the area trying to find an apartment to rent with no luck, I went into Seymours Godalming as a last resort! Hugh went out of his way to show us a property that fitted my requirements immediately and I absolutely loved it. Everything has been organised by Hugh, even organising an earlier move date to accommodate my needs! Very happy and would recommend Seymours Godalming!

GoogleThank you to everyone at Seymours Godalming (but especially Lewis Payne) We sold and bought through Seymours and we had a complicated chain with a prolonged exchange and Seymours were amazing. Lewis chased everyone in the chain daily and without his tenacity I don't think we would have got the house we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seymours.

GoogleVery Professional all the way through the process. They did a brilliant job on the marketing material and photography. Their original valuation was in line with other estate agents yet they did feel they could find a buyer willing to go further and they succeeded in getting us such a buyer, with a final offer well in excess of the asking price. I would use them again and would highly recommend them above any other estate agent in Godalming.

GoogleI cannot recommend Seymours highly enough. I completed on the sale of my property 2 weeks ago and Lewis was there every step of the way from the viewings to the completion. Lewis helped with every stage and was always at the end of the phone for any questions I had (which was quite a few!). All the staff in the Godalming branch were brilliant. Thank you so much for making the sale go through smoothly for us!!

GoogleYou know some agents disappear after the first introductions? These guys are the opposite. Lewis and Stewart, from the very outset were always making sure the deal maintained momentum.
