GoogleKerrie was fantastic when we sold our house last year. She also spent a lot of time with my grandparents when they were looking at buying somewhere and personally came out to visit them to explain everything rather that just sending an email. Thanks Kerrie! I must also say how fantastic Ian was when it came to finalising everything with our sale... It wasn't easy but he went the extra mile. Would highly recommend Seymours Guildford.

A special thanks to Ian and James who gave who gave me 5* service and went beyond the boundaries of the normal standards of an estate agent. GoogleIt was a bit of a roller coaster ride as all housebuying in the UK seems to be, but Joe and James did a fantastic job in helping us throughout and getting us over the finish line. They worked really hard at keeping things rolling and ultimately getting us our house. They definitely went above and beyond. Nice work everyone, thank you.

GoogleSelling my flat had it's ups and downs, but Ian, Joe, James made the process less stressful for me, they were on hand with advice when I needed it. I found their experience and local knowledge of the market was spot on. Always friendly and helpful but not overbearing as some agents can be, I would definitely use Seymours again and recommend to friends and family.

GoogleArranged to view a property with Seymours, we took time out of work on a Thursday morning because we liked the property. The agent showed up without the keys to the property. We had to wait for 30 minutes whilst they returned with the correct keys. During this time we got a call from someone on the office to apologise; not really constructive but we appreciated it. When the agent returned, the keys had the wrong house number on them and we couldn’t get into the property to view. In summary Seymour sent someone who clearly has never been in the property before (didn’t know if we access from the side/rear) and didn’t have the vendor’s number to call, wasted two hours of our time and we won’t get to see the property now because it’s coming off the market this weekend. Well done Seymours; you had one job to do.

GoogleTried to buy a house through Simon, as first time buyers we would of expected to be guided through the process a bit more than someone who has done it before. I would say now we have finally moved into our first house and used a decent estate agent, that he used the ‘first time buyer’ to his advantage by not disclosing everything about the property. Not mentioning to us the the property was ‘sealed bids’, not a regular sale, then eventually telling us to put our ‘final’ offer in before a set date and editing the right move advert... anyway we had the highest bid in the end, then they were constantly on the phone along with James asking me what’s going on, have I done this, when can we exchange. All before the sellers had even sent my solicitor any paperwork! Something fishy from the start I feel. Will give a good word to Tiffany though who was nothing but helpful unlike the other two.

As discussed it is never in our best interest to upset either buyer or seller as we are local independent business however we can be categoric and advise that the changes and above were all at the instructions of the seller. We were unhappy with the outcome and felt pushed into a corner as I was communicating with you advising as such during the process. We had a very hard time with them and in the end, they went to auction whilst we were selling the property, upsetting the buyer we had achieved for them who withdrew furiously. To shorten the story we are an independent estate agency that works on customer satisfaction when you need any further property help relating to selling, buying, letting, please contact us so we can show you what we can do.
