GoogleWe recently sold through Seymours (Worplesdon rd branch), and can't fault them. We had an excellent experience with them. Joss was always willing to help, and made the whole process almost completely stress-free. He made sure we were comfortable with everything, that we were kept up-to-date and were in control as much as we felt we wanted to be. They are professional and approachable, and I would highly recommend using them if you are considering selling/moving within the area. Their valuation quote on our property was accurate for its size and location. They were also great when we had a couple of embarrassing mishaps regarding keys. Great team, thank you so much for making the process so comfortable and manageable!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Simon and his team at Seymours on the Worplesdon Road - from the moment we met Simon we were delighted with the honest, focused and transparent communication we had with him. We felt that Seymours went above and beyond in helping our (reasonably) complicated chain successfully exchange contracts etc and without any hesitation would recommend this Seymours branch to anyone who asks! For me, this positive experience has reaffirmed my long standing belief that the role of the Estate Agent is still a hugely important one, in the modern day with cheap alternatives to all we do, one should remember that you get the service you pay for (and for what it is worth, Seymours were very competitively priced too!). Many thanks to Simon and his team for helping us realise our dream move!

GoogleSimon has spent close to 10 years providing us with impartial advice on home improvements and marketing so he was our go-to when it came to selling. Benchmarking against local agents, fees were competitive and the appraisal was sensible; we'd requested a quick sale and there was no feeling that our property would be "testing the market". Marketing was efficient and fully managed, with an offer being accepted within a week.

GoogleExemplary service! We visited a property with Seymours and met Jasmine Elliot. My daughter and wife are hard of hearing and my daughter especially suffers from autism, it was essential that we had the right bungalow to suit our needs. Jasmine was very empathetic and gave us the time and attention necessary throughout the enquiry, viewing, and follow up. She maintained this attention to detail throughout. We are exceptionally pleased with the service and feel valued as clients. Jasmine deserves recognition and we cannot recommend her or the company highly enough. Although on this occasion we did not ultimately end up purchasing the property, we will definitely return for future business!

GoogleSeymours found a buyer very quickly for us and we were able to leave our keys with Louis who dealt with surveyors etc. and always locked up and set the alarm afterwards. This gave us peace of mind as we did not live locally.
