GoogleDo not use these .................. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. They don't come back to you, they lie, I dealt with 6 different people who clearly cannot communicate and they are very rude.

GoogleI recently bought a house with Seymours and viewed a number of properties with them prior to this. Viewings: They kept us well up to date with new properties coming on the market, although I feel they maybe did not take us seriously as buyers until we made an offer on a flat. Viewings were well organised and smooth, agents polite, although often they did not seem to have enough information to hand to answer all of our questions about a property on the spot (how long has it been on the market, are there any offers, etc). They did however follow us up with this information when requested. I felt some agents from other companies in Woking were more friendly/approachable/accommodating and (very slightly) more professional. The occasional Seymours agent could be slightly abrupt, however, on the whole this process was good and Seymours seemed to have the best selection of the kind of properties that we were looking for in this area. Purchase: Communication was good and clear without any pressure when we made our offer (Arran Lyne). When attempting to renegotiate following our survey (which in hindsight, we do agree undervalued the property) the agents were somewhat abrupt for a very brief period, although their frustrations were directed towards the surveyor. Correspondence regarding the purchase was very fast and it almost felt like we were liaising directly with the vendor (courtesy of Sandra Mitchell). They can chase you quite a bit when they want information and I got the impression that they were keen to complete as soon as possible (as were we), although once we had made initial progress with the purchase they seemed to relax a little. I suspect they realised that we did not want the purchase to fall through at all. Sandra was patient when we were considering delaying the purchase by a week. They gave us a bottle of bubbly when we got the keys; free alcohol is always a good thing.

GoogleWe do not feel their service was value for money as they were not very informative throughout the process. As we only received an email to say we have exchanged 5 days after our solicitor had already told us.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They will show their best, fake face to secure your custom and once you're hooked, you'll see their real (in)capabilities. Extremely poor on customer service and pathetic on responding to queries - be it from the landlord or the tenant.
