GoogleI am with Seymour's nearly 3 years. Very Professional, and helpful. Overall expectation and recommendation is excellent. It is fully managed by Seymour's and service is excellent. Whenever, any issue they have send an email or call me whether they can fix it or not. They will explain me the overall cost for fixing as well. If i am not happy, they don't do it that work. After tenant moved out, we need to go for TDS to resolve the issue. I asked Seymour's to do this and paid £100. They haven't asked me what document needed to submit and they haven't asked me how much ? They have submitted irrelevant document and irrelevant figure to TDS. TDS rejected appeal because of Agent's Fault. Now. It is fully managed property, they have all document and proof thus why i gave this work to them. Finally, I was disappointed (not the money received, But, the service I have received)

GoogleAmy has been an absolutely wonderful help in my property purchase, she has been a godsend as i am a first time buyer so has explained anything i needed help with, has chased where i have asked her to, and answered anything i have asked her no matter how big or small. GoogleWe used Seymours Managed Lettings service for finding a tenant and renting out our property in Godalming for almost 3 years. Stef and her team provided a fantastic service throughout. Communication was always proactive and clear, and Stef demonstrated a deft hand for managing our tenants during some pretty complex times. We also used Seymours for selling our property. Stewart & Tom did a solid job and saw the sale through to completion.

GoogleI didn’t use Seymours to sell but I did buy a house that used them and I would consider using them in the future as a result. I found Adam to be prompt at responding, which helped smooth the transaction. I found any communication reasonable and appeared genuine.
