GoogleSeymours This was our second attempt at securing a property through Seymours. With this property Clarissa's weekly chasing of the other parties in the chain towards exchange was of immense support. She was always very prompt and helpful in responding to our queries for which we are thankful. In fact at times Clarissa through her efforts obtained information which even our Conveyancers had not yet obtained and for this we express our sincere thanks. Joe was also very helpful and professional in arranging the viewings and showing us around as well as answering any queries and accommodating any last-minute changes and we would like to thank him for that. With the previous property, It is worth noting that we were gazumped; when carrying out our own checks it appeared that there were potential issues with the title being clear; this was evident when we paid for and download the title from the Land Registry and saw that the named seller on the Memorandum of Sale was not the one holding title but someone whose address was that of a Harvester Pub in Maidenhead. The minute we raised our suspicions to the then previous Customer Relations Manager we were informed that the so called seller had pulled out. As an opportunity for improvement it would be of great service if it is known and clients are informed if a property's so called seller actual holds title or there are issues like potential delays due to probate etc.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Robbie at the Godalming office. He was fantastic. Great communication - always responded quickly to email and phone calls, followed up any queries we or the vendor had. He was enthusiastic, attentive and generally a nice guy. Made our purchase go without a hitch.

GoogleThe only part of our house purchasing experience that wasn't painful was dealing with Ellyshia Galbraith from Seymours Burpham. Ellyshia kept us updated throughout the process, helped move things along and chased when chasing was needed. She was always upbeat and positive but most importantly honest and reliable. Seymours Burpham, you are lucky to have someone as good as Ellyshia on your team.

GoogleIn my search for properties in Woking, Seymours have been by far the best estate agent I have worked with. In particular, Owen Whiter has spent a lot of time understanding my requirements and is always punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend engaging Seymours if you're house hunting and want require a higher level of service.
