GoogleCouldn't fault them. From valuation ( I got offers in first week) to completion I was kept well informed, by friendly knowledgeable staff. My buyer took ages and they had to chase things along at various points. I didn't have to lift a finger, they dealt with everything. What could of been a very stressful experience has been made so easy with the help of chris and his friendly and professional approach. Chris has guided me at every step and kept me updated throughout the initial buying stages. He has promptly and efficiently responded to all my queries and referred me to thelma bell (mortgage advisor). Thelma is extremely knowledgable and has talked to me at length about mortgage and insurance policies. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she ended up getting me an amazing mortgage deal.
