Honestly, I have never been happier with an estate agent. From the minute I instructed them, everyone was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. The sales progression is like no other estate agent, Donna was incredible, she kept me up to date every single step of the way, she reassured me multiple times and put my mind at ease when things got complicated with the solicitors and stepped in to help me when she didnt have to. Without Donna, I dont know if my sale would have gone through at all! I couldnt thank her and the team enough for their support and I would highly recommend them a million times over.

Sarah Mains has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning of my house buying journey to the very end. All of the staff that dealt with the sale of Bellister Grove have been super friendly and professional. Special shout out to Donna from Chappel House branch who presented me with a lovely house warming gift and gave me her in depth advice about the property. Worst company I have ever dealt with\. I am now taking legal action following my experience\. The roof/ceiling collapsed on me after I had reported concerns about it on multiple occasions\. I was then told that the issue had not been identified during their routine checks\. I had to leave the property as an emergency and was unable to safely remain there\. Despite the seriousness of what happened, the flat was left in that condition for around three weeks\. To make matters worse, they have since attempted to withhold my damage deposit\. The entire experience has been completely unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to stay well away.

I walked into the office at Jesmond in June. This was the very first time I was making a physical enquiry about buying a property and the person I met, Lucy was warm, super helpful and encouraging. I left there with butterflies and a few months later we are now getting our very first property through Sarah Mains. What we love about Sarah Mains is how nice u can expect most of the properties they manage to be. Not sure why… but it just looks better than most 😆. The staff that me and my partner came across were friendly, polite, professional and super quick to respond. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special mention to Elliot Scott who was our main contact during our letting process. I cannot fault the service we had from Sarah Mains from start to finish. The photographs and video taken to put on the property listing were very well taken and showed the property professionally. Viewings were organised with ease and the property was sold within less than a week.
