Disgraceful experience. We made an enquiry regarding a rental property and received absolutely no communication or follow-up from this company. When my partner eventually chased the enquiry herself, she was met with what we felt was an unnecessarily rude and defensive attitude from the branch manager. We simply wanted to understand why we had not been given the opportunity to view the property, but no proper explanation was provided. When we expressed how disappointed we were with the way the enquiry had been handled and said that, based on our experience, we would not recommend the company, the response was essentially that they were not bothered. This only added to an already very poor impression. The whole experience came across as arrogant, dismissive and completely unprofessional. Looking at other reviews, they may provide a good service to sellers, but from our experience as prospective tenants, we certainly did not feel that our enquiry was valued or taken seriously. Communication and basic courtesy cost nothing, and unfortunately both were severely lacking here. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with\. I am now taking legal action following my experience\. The roof/ceiling collapsed on me after I had reported concerns about it on multiple occasions\. I was then told that the issue had not been identified during their routine checks\. I had to leave the property as an emergency and was unable to safely remain there\. Despite the seriousness of what happened, the flat was left in that condition for around three weeks\. To make matters worse, they have since attempted to withhold my damage deposit\. The entire experience has been completely unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to stay well away.

I sold my late Father’s house in Low Fell with the help of Lauren, Jane, Dawn and the team at the Low Fell branch. I live in the USA so this made me very reliant on their help. Throughout the process the whole team gave excellent support, handled the creation of marketing materials superbly, organized viewings, and managed the sale to completion process with incredible care and attention. As the property was unoccupied house security during the viewing process was a concern but was handled flawlessly. Always fast and responsive to questions. Honestly, I have never been happier with an estate agent. From the minute I instructed them, everyone was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. The sales progression is like no other estate agent, Donna was incredible, she kept me up to date every single step of the way, she reassured me multiple times and put my mind at ease when things got complicated with the solicitors and stepped in to help me when she didnt have to.
