This was my first dealings with an estate agent in 7 years after a disastrous dealing with another agent, what a contrast! Sarah Mains staff all professional from first contact and visit from Rachel who was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, put me at ease immediately. Amanda took amazing photographs and Donna kept me grounded with her calming influence. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the best an agent can offer!

Amie Lynch is business savvy while being a genuinely nice person. Her valuation skills are elegant and she was right when she told me that marketing my home would be fun for both of us. Who would have believed it - it actually was! I got a cash offer right away and I believe that was as a result of having a great flat that was priced correctly and presented to the market with flair (and a great virtual tour). I highly recommend Amie, her colleagues from the Newcastle branch, and the Sarah Mains service.

When we put our house up for sale. Susan was the person who liaised with me. Susan always kept me up to date with a follow up from clients who viewed. She was always polite and very efficient. Although my house was up for sale for quite a while (because of the higher price bracket) she never forgot to keep in touch even when we had no viewings for sometime Susan would always catch up with us to let us know we weren’t forgotten. Everything was handles professionally and up until we sold she still kept in touch and wished us the very best. I can honestly say Fine & Country’s staff were very professional and I would recommend anyone selling their house to contact them. Thankyou everyone at Fine & Country for their excellent service and a special thanks to Susan sorry but I don’t know her surname.

Susan Richardson is the most professional person I have dealt with in the property market. I have bought and sold quite a few properties now and Susan's level of care, consideration and effort was exceptional. Susan Richards kept us updated throughout the initial process. Michelle Mutch then took over the sales processing. She was in regular contact with ourselves and solicitors. Through their proffessional approach , attention to detail and the amazing Amie Lynch we had an offer within 3 days and was sold within 5 days. I purchased my current property through Sarah Mains 3 years ago and didn’t hesitate in using them when it came to selling it. Amy was incredibly helpful in all aspects of arranging the sale (and made the property look great in the photos!) Very efficient and reliable and I had confidence that I was in good hands. Susan Richardson handled our rental property very efficiently and was extremely proactive in finding the right tenant to meet our needs. Everything was handled promptly and we were kept informed at each stage of setting up the agreement. Phil now looks after the monthly management and deals with any maintenance issues our tenants may request, again keeping us informed with a quick phone call or email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their 1st class service.
