GoogleReally rude and short staff. Had the worst experience with them today and our home move was aggravated by their lack of cooperation and lack of customer service. Really not impressed by the way I was spoken to by the patronising receptionists. I will NEVER use Sarah mains again and I do not suggest you buy or sell with them either

GooglePhoned up 9am to Enquire on flat for sale said some one will ring you still waiting if this is attitude how can people sell there property would not put my property up with this firm they have just lost some one a sale

Googlebad customer service ,enquired on property , was told some one ring back , never did , rang today to late , if can not be bothered to ring back , would not want to do business with incompetence, have lost some one a sale, disgusting service , go elswhere

GoogleiMy experience of Sarah Mains Estate Aqent, at low fell, I was very disappointed at the representatives approach to the property from the time she walked in until the time she left, she showed disinterest as soon as she walked through the door, she was clearly not interested in the property, and went on paper compare to other properties, to my understanding a property is down to the individual who looks at a property, not a person who walks through a property to sell it, then decided to say at the end I'm not taking anything away from the property, because It's lot nicer then other ones I have seen, because of this attitude, she lost a fee of 1,200 plus vat, it is sad to think that this estate agent has staff that can't be bother, I would not take my business here
