GoogleWish I could give it 0 stars. This company is full of unprofessional and lazy workers. I rang up for a viewing and was supposed to receive an email, something they should do and something I requested them to do.. They never sent the email... On the morning of the booking I rang up to double check as I had not had an email and wanted to ensure the booking had been made, but when I rang up I was on hold for so long I ended up walking down, phone still ringing. I walked all the way to Sarah Mains in Low Fell to find half the staff just sat there doing nothing! When I asked why I hadn't received an email I didn't even get an apology, just a "well you should have received the email." blank response! Not once did the receptionist apologise, but it gets worse... I then get a phone call only 20 minutes before the viewing time to say that the property had already been let out and I should have been notified! How useless can they be?! Avoid this useless company like the plague they are!

GoogleHalfway through ending our tenancy, our property management was handed over to a new contact in the company. This contact was rude, spoke to me over the phone in a patronising tone when asking end of tenancy questions, and gave me wrong information about my refund. Very thankful to not have to deal with this company anymore. I've had no bother with other letting agencies but there was a bad case of miscommunication within this company.
