GoogleExperienced appalling conduct from Sarah Mains, including but not limited to discrimination, misleading information and poor communication. A combination of these factors resulted in us losing the flat we wanted in favour of another applicant, to whom Sarah Mains had given preference, by lying to us about how the applications would be assessed. Their fees are also very expensive and I found myself having to do the majority of chasing when it came to the property search. They were also 15 minutes late for another property viewing and messed us around with another flat which they uploaded to Rightmove, that transpired wasn't being let at all. I recommend anyone who considers using Sarah Mains find an alternative agent, in the strongest terms possible. I note from the other negative reviews that their stock response is to simply highlight all their positive reviews. This attitude underpins the company's disregard for customer care and wellbeing, as they offered no resolution to our situation or were willing to reconsider the application.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service from Lisa, Donna and Kelly from Sarah Mains. They have supported my sale impeccably. They responded promptly and professionally in a friendly manner. Really couldn't find a fault. Thanks to Donna Bell for supporting the sale through to completion. Great customer service.

From my valuation with Claire Wharton and amazing photography from Amanda, then throughout the sale, they have been hugely professional but must importantly very personable and caring in their whole approach. GoogleAs a Law firm selling a property from a deceased client estate the Ladies at Sarah Mains could not have been more helpful. they lined up 2 days' of viewings within a few days of putting the house on the market and we got an offer at full asking price on the 2nd day.
