GoogleFollowing a 2yr search to find our perfect property, a period in which Sarah Mains supported/guided us throughout, we finally found what we were looking for and are absolutely thrilled. The customer service throughout the process was impeccable, and a special mention must go to Donna Bell in sales progression, who was an absolute star. She not only made the process as stress-free as possible, but supported us from end to end, which meant the world.

GoogleFrom the very beginning of our two year hunt to find our forever home, Donna and Amy patiently and consistently went over and above to support us along every step in our (what seemed like an everlasting!) journey. Donna B. in sales progression was equally as fantastic and knowledgeable and we truly can’t thank the three of them enough. A huge thanks to all involved and due to the outstanding 5 star service we received, we would highly recommend Sarah Mains to anyone thinking about buying or selling a property!

GoogleFrom my initial phone call with Megan Adams, I knew I had made the right choice choosing to sell with Sarah Mains. Megan is so thorough, super efficient, helpful, genuinely interested in me as a person and my requirements, but most of all, very friendly and professional. Any questions I have had, have been answered immediately or if that wasn't possible, within a few hours. The standard of photos were exceptional in my opinion and gave a true representation of my home. Megan has kept in contact with me regularly and as my home is sold subject to contract, she is ensuring that the sale is going to be completed in the time frame by keeping in touch with both parties. I have recommended Sarah Mains to friends based on the exceptional service that I have received, value for money and for having the most stress and hassle free sale.

GoogleWhat kind of estate agent would close at 1pm on a Saturday? And doesn't even pick up the phone before closing time. UPDATE: Contacted by customer services which was a nice touch, and has been reflected in my change of stars.

GoogleBrilliant estate agent - all staff we dealt with during the sale of our home have been fantastic. Special mention to Chris (Low Fell branch) who really went above and beyond for us, and made a stressful time that bit easier. It was always a pleasure (and a laugh!) to speak to him.

GoogleThe staff are great and work hard to sell your property. However Sarah Mains recommend Premier Property Lawyers as their trusted solicitors to do the conveyancing. I followed Sarah Mains' advice and did not have a good experience with Premier- far from it. Google the firm and judge for yourself from the hundreds of shocking reviews before committing yourself. One might conclude that SM's relationship with PPL casts doubt on their overall commitment to serving their customers over earning extra commissions- but judge for yourself.

GoogleWe had a great experience selling our house through Sarahmains and we are especially impressed with the professionalism of Megan Adams who has been our sales negotiator from Newcastle branch. She has been super efficient and helpful, providing us with quick responses, regular check in and professional advices. We had our offers within a day and sold our house within a week. We want to thank Megan and also our valuer Amie who has been great too! :)

GoogleAfter such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time. I was surprised by how little involvement I had in the whole process as Donna clearly had everything under control. Sarah Mains will definitely be my ‘go to’ agents in the future. Thank you so much x
