GoogleAfter a very hard and difficult experience with another estate agent, Samuel Estates helped us to get through a difficult and stressful moment by being attentive and understanding. Especially with Jessica who was prepared to help us all the way, from the visit to the last moment of signing the contract. Renting is not easy in London at the moment and possibly never will be again, but Jessica and her team made our life so much easier and we are so much grateful. Laurent SW london

GoogleWe have used Samuel Estates for a number of years now. They look after our rental property at Abbey Mills. We have been delighted with the service they have given us and they take a lot of worries away as we live in Cornwall. We would thoroughly recommend them they have been superb.

GoogleGreat professional service! I have been well looked after by Jessica Martin who was friendly and competent . All of my questions and queries were answered almost immediately. Thanks to Samuel's Estates electronic system it was really easy to complete any paperwork needed for renting. I also used online repair report system which was very simple and again It took seconds to get response from Thomas :)

GoogleI have been a tenant of a flat managed by Samuel Estates for 2 years. As managing agents they set a high standard of customer care and the online reporting system for repairs is excellent because they both follow up quickly and monitor progress thereafter. In the opinion of someone who has been encouraging institutions to invest in Build-to-Rent, this is how modern renting should be.

GoogleAll the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Every part of the rental process was made as simple and painless as possible and the concierge service is a godsend. Thank you to everyone who has helped us get settled in our new home - from Emma at the start of the process, to Jessica, Tomas, Connie and Paul who have dealt with all our queries and requests since then!
