GoogleThe Samuel Estates team has been managing my property for over 10 years and I feel they have mine (as landlord) and the tenants best interest at heart. I receive an "all-inclusive" service I can trust - so important given I reside overseas - while the tenants receive prompt response and support for anything concerning the property.

GoogleHighly satisfied with the service I received especially from Jessica and Stefano! Jessica was really helpful and understanding throughout the letting process. They respond and help immediately to any issues need to be sorted out and I really appreciate that. Very friendly staff and available at all times.

FacebookJust waited in for someone from Samuel Estates to come and do an evaluation- called them after we'd waited half an hour to be told it 'didn't seem to be in the diary.' They took all the house details when we booked the visit- not impressed

GoogleI have never dealt with such an incompetant estate agents. When moving in they gave me the wrong parking bay which then took them 2 days to figure out they also had no idea on how i was supposed to get parking permits and that I had to figure it out myself. In this time I had my car smashed and keyed through the fault of parking in the wrong space that they had given me. When I moved in it was claimed it had a proffesional clean which they kept telling me it had when I could see the carpets hadnt even been hoovered and there was dryed prawns in the cupboard, the bathrooms where filthy and the oven was full of grease. They finally admitted that it had not been proffesionally cleaned which I can only assume the owner had paid them for which was never recieved. Every phone call I made to this company was never returned within the time they suggested and I always had to call back to chase. Also in the time we was moving I told them I was in all week but i coukdnt have views saturday as me and my partner would be out. Saturday me and my daughter was ill in bed and I heard the buzzer go for the flat, he then obviously let himself in the first door and then was ringing on my door, now he believed I was out of my property yet still let himself in. Everyone who was so helpful in the begining to go through with letting the flat has now left and now I definately know why. I would never use these estate agents again.

GoogleThey have been absolutely innafeciant and non responsive to majority of questions we have asked during our tenancy any problems we had reported were never even fixed They have been incredibly dispondent and unhelpful or approachable still, since we left 2 months ago! to this day we are still waiting to settle our deposit return after unreasonable cleaning charges. £165 for "slight wiping needed" upon check out. DISGUSTED.

FacebookVery customer focussed, friendly and professional. As a landlord, I have had real issues with many of the local agents but none at all with Samuel Estates. They really are a very professional outfit, who deal with issues and queries in a professional and timely manner.

FacebookSamuel Estates have been letting my two apartments for many years and I have been consistently impressed with their service. New tenants are found and processed swiftly and effectively, meaning very little time when the flats are unoccupied. Communication by phone and email is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flawless property service.

We found the procedure quite slow and stressful, that said I found that if I had any questions or wanted an update I found that Jessica was by far the most helpful. She promptly responded to emails and was always willing to help us thru the process making things that little bit more clear. Thank you Jessica

FacebookGreat professional service! I have been well looked after by Jessica Martin who was friendly and competent . All of my questions and queries were answered almost immediately. Thanks to Samuel's Estates electronic system it was really easy to complete any paperwork needed for renting. I also used online repair report system which was very simple and again It took seconds to get response from Thomas
