GoogleI have been very pleased with the service provided by my property manager-Whitney. She is professional, thoughtful, and highly responsible. She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.

GoogleMy partner and I had 2 tenancies managed by Jade in Samuel Estates. Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Whitney Heathcote = Unbelievably efficient, incredible personal service and conscientiousness, timeliness and genuine care to get things done the best way possible. The way Whitney dealt with my (very painful at times) works project was Fantastic! And the whole agency is brilliant all the staff members and management. Very happy with the service and support throughout 2025 and looking forward to the same for 2026! The best agency I have ever dealt with! Thank you so much team you are the 'dream team'.

GoogleWe were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

GoogleMy experience with Samuel Estates has been excellent from start to finish. They were very professional and helpful during the initial stages of renting the flat, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. Throughout my tenancy, the team has consistently provided prompt and efficient support whenever any issues have arisen. They have arranged quick callouts for boiler problems, leaks, and other maintenance matters, which has been greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Chi, our property manager, for his responsiveness and professionalism. He has made living here very easy and ensured that any concerns were dealt with swiftly. Having had less positive experiences with other estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Samuel Estates stands out for their reliability, friendliness, and genuine care for their tenants. Even on the rare occasion when I was locked out, the staff in the office were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with Samuel Estates and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive letting agent.

GoogleJade Moeller has been our main contact in the property management department for a number of years. She has always been responsive and diligent but, having made the decision to sell our flat earlier this year she has been invaluable in assisting us with furniture clearance, re-decoration and general coordination. This even included offering to meet me on a Sunday to let me into the property. Thanks Jade.
