GooglePoor customer service when renting. Customer service is unreliable and has become worse. Depends on who you deal with. Service improves close to extending your lease, and only if you escalate issues. Genuine problems are not dealt with in a timely way, and is a lack of accountability.

GooglePoor reactivity, don’t express any concern or sense of urgency for maintenance issues (various malfunctioning devices and black mould that is causing severe respiratory problems). We are currently awaiting action (January 2025) for problems we raised in August 2024, very disappointing.

For this particular property, we had an overwhelming number of enquiries and arranged viewings accordingly. Unfortunately, before your scheduled viewing, we received an offer from an earlier applicant that the landlord accepted. We understand this can be frustrating, but our priority is to respect everyone’s time. That’s why we promptly informed you of the situation rather than letting you attend a viewing for a property that was no longer available, something not all agents would do. We always strive to provide an efficient and transparent service, which has allowed us to secure tenants quickly for our landlords. However, we sincerely regret that this process left you feeling let down. If you’re still searching for a property, we’d love to assist you in finding one that fits your needs. Googlel have been very impressed by the way in which Samuel Estates have managed our property and dealt with any issues that have arisen on our behalf. They have organised contractors to deal with repairs very quickly and reported regularly during the process. We have been dealt with by Jade Moeller who has done an excellent job and is a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleHad a great experience with Samuel Estates from start to finish with our rental. Jade as our property manager has been fantastic all the way through, very responsive to us when we had questions, helped resolve issues with the provided white goods and other repairs that were required, none of the costs of which were passed onto us. Incredibly fair with charges during the check out process & breaking the tenancy early, essentially we only had to pay for our professional cleaning and our whole deposit was returned. All in all I would highly recommend using Samuel Estates.

GoogleRenting in London can be a very stressful experience but Amber Shelley at Samuel Estates made it so much easier. Amber was incredibly helpful throughout the process of us looking to rent the property we are now happily settled into. She was on hand for everything we needed and has a wonderfully kind and friendly presence that we were very grateful to receive after countless viewings and bidding wars on various properties with different estate agents across SW London. I would recommend Samuel Estates to anyone looking to move home.

GoogleWe found and got everything sorted to become renters in our current flat through Amber who was everything you could want in an estate agent. Always quick to answer her emails and provide exactly the information we wanted, she even went out of her way to try and get bills estimates from the previous tenants and recommend local restaurants to us. We've now already had the chance to sample one and well simply put: Amber knows her stuff.
