GoogleSamuel estates recently took over the management of our two rental properties and so far, I have been impressed by the service received. Most of my contact has been with Whitney, who has been nothing but superb in her help. The accounts team also are on top of sending rent payments swiftly and Luke who has recently been involved with negotiating a rent increase with our existing tenants has executed this in an efficient manner so all in all an improvement in service from that received by Laurels whose service deteriorated and sold their lettings arm to Samuel estates without informing all of their clients with a weeks' notice of transfer.

He dealt directly with our tenant to negotiate a fair tenancy and was thorough and efficient in handling all necessary documents, including the Tenancy Renewal Agreement, Deposit Protection Certificate, EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety Certificate. GoogleI am very pleased with the service from Samuel Estates who have managed the tenancy of a flat on my behalf for over 10 years. The account is clearly laid out and their staff take the initiative to update certificates and legal documents in a timely fashion. The staff alert me to any issues needing immediate action and also alert me to changes in housing legislation. Staff in the Colliers Wood office at Bennets Court are always helpful and courteous.

GoogleFirst class service from Luke Pegg. Negotiated tenancy renewal with advantageous rent increase but at a level which retained the tenant and avoided any loss of income , Efficient and easy to communicate with.
